Manchester United defender Eric Bailly hopeful of being available for Old Trafford club's festive fixtures

Eric Bailly is hoping to be available for Manchester United’s festive schedule after initial checks revealed his knee injury is not serious.
The United defender limped out of the win at Crystal Palace on Wednesday with an injury to his left knee which is likely to keep him out of Saturday’s trip to West Brom.
But United are confident Bailly, who missed two months with knee ligament damage to his right leg, could be fit for the Boxing Day clash with Sunderland at Old Trafford.Eric Bailly took to Twitter to express his hope that he would be fit sooner rather than later
