The England international turned in a supreme performance in the centre of midfield, as he scored twice for Spurs in their rout of Watford at Vicarage Road
Dele Alli enjoyed a remarkable New Year's Day as he scored twice in Tottenham's encounter with Watford to set the internet ablaze.
The midfielder, who has become a key part of Mauricio Pochettino's Spurs side, scored once in the first half as the visitors raced into a 3-0 lead at Vicarage Road. And Alli then completed his double just a minute into the second half, as he made it 4-0 with an easy close-range finish.
The 20-year-old has scored six goals so far this season, and a number of Twitter users were quick to praise the youngster's assured performance, with one even claiming that Paul Pogba - the world's most expensive footballer - could learn a thing or two from his display.
