Barcelona traveled to face Paris Saint Germain in the Champions League round of 16 first leg tie and they were in for a surprise as French outfit started stronger of the blocks and took a 2-0 lead in first half. Former Real Madrid player Angel Di Maria scored the opening goal with absolute peach of a freekick from edge of the box while new January signing Julian Draxler made it 2-0 before the halftime. Barcelona looked legged and fail to match PSG’s intensity.

It was 2-0 before half-time, as Julian Draxler fired home from a tight angle to double the home side's advantage in Paris
