Davinson Sanchez having Tottenham medical ahead of club-record move
Davinson Sanchez is having a medical on Tuesday ahead of a club-record move to Tottenham, according to Sky sources.
Spurs confirmed on Friday that a deal, believed to be worth up to £42m, had been agreed with Ajax and the Colombian international had signed a six-year contract, subject to a medical and work permit.
It is believed there will be no problems with the work permit. The 21-year-old has been capped twice by Colombia.
Sanchez was Ajax's player of the year last season
"I would like to thank the coach, management, players and fans of Ajax. It is a great move for me to come here to develop my career," Sanchez told the Spurs website on Friday.

Sanchez joined Ajax last summer
Sanchez was Ajax's player of the year last season and was also a target for Barcelona and Inter Milan.

He joined Ajax from Atletico Nacional last summer and made 43 appearances, scoring six goals, in his first season in the Eredivisie.
