Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are set to battle it out for the signature of Atalanta star Franck Kessie, according to Calciomercato.
The 20-year-old has impressed in Serie A this season, scoring five goals in 15 appearances for the league's surprise package.
Juventus are also keen on the Ivory Coast international, but Tottenham have reportedly offered £20m for the midfielder as they attempt to steal a march on Chelsea and the Italian champions.
